What we collect
We collect only what you give us, and a limited amount of technical information:
- Enquiry data — name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject you select and the message you write, plus any file you choose to attach.
- Recruitment data — where you apply for a position, the CV and supporting information you send us.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
| Purpose | Legal basis under KVKK |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Legitimate interest; your explicit consent where given |
| Assessing a job application | Necessary for taking steps prior to a contract |
| Providing contracted services | Performance of a contract |
| Meeting statutory record-keeping duties | Legal obligation |
| Maintaining site security | Legitimate interest |
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then for the period required by applicable statutory retention rules. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for a limited period so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary: with other Tokyo Consulting Group offices where your matter involves more than one jurisdiction, with service providers who host or maintain our systems under confidentiality obligations, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Where data is transferred outside Türkiye, we do so in accordance with the transfer conditions set out in KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask us whether your data is being processed, request information about how, request correction or deletion, ask us to notify third parties of any correction, object to conclusions drawn solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
To exercise any of these, write to jp_turkey_cs@tokyoconsultinggroup.com or to Levent Mah. Güllü Sok. No:11, 34330 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye. We respond within the period the law allows.
