Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and analytical M&A Consultant to join our advisory team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting local and cross-border M&A transactions, from target identification to post-merger integration. This position requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and financial due diligence on target companies.

• Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.

• Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, and deal-related presentations.

• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and closing activities.

• Coordinate with legal, tax, and operational advisors throughout the M&A process.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

• Assist with post-merger integration planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Thai proficiency is a strong advantage.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ is a plus).
