Central Bank of Myanmar announce revocation of the exemption of DICA companies “with 10% or more foreign investment” from compulsory conversion

CBM newly issued letter to banks on 13th July 2022 that the exemption status of Companies with foreign direct investment (FDI) 10% and above and operating under the permission of DICA foreign investment exemption has been revoked effective immediately.
