Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate new sales leads, especially targeting Japanese-speaking clients and businesses
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
• Build and maintain a client database and keep detailed records of interactions and sales progress
• Assist in developing sales strategies tailored to Japanese and local markets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, campaigns, and promotional materials aimed at attracting Japanese clients
• Attend sales meetings, provide feedback on customer trends, and contribute to ongoing business development efforts
• Serve as a language and cultural bridge between the Japanese clients and the local sales/marketing teams



Qualifications:

• Native or fluent in Japanese, with at least conversational English proficiency
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, cold calling, or telemarketing is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and customer service standards
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Makati, Philippines
