The Tokyo Consulting Firm Pvt. Ltd. (TCF), New Delhi is a part of the Tokyo Consulting Group which has its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. The Group has a total number of 7 companies and deals with all kinds of consultancy and overall Accounting, Finance and Tax related services. With offices in all the major cities of Japan, it has its overseas offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and now in New Delhi, India.

The Group has established its office in India, the Tokyo Consulting Firm Pvt. Ltd., with the main objective of delivering high quality end-to-end consultancy services to its clients. We achieve this mission with a dedicated team of Indian and Japanese employees and with the help of various alliance companies in India from different fields like Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Law etc.

The extraordinary growth and the booming economy of India is common knowledge today and India is gearing up to be a leading global power in the coming few years. The Indo-Japan economic relationship is however still in its nascent stage. With around a mere 450 Japanese companies (latest figure from Japan External Trade Organization) over a span of a few decades, the number has been growing rapidly and steadily, with the last 150 companies established over the past one year!! Thus, we at our initial stage are focusing primarily on Japanese companies who want to invest in India and also Indian companies who want to set up offices in Japan. We will at our later stage will provide the same services to companies from all over the world.

In the course of our survey with Japanese companies, we found out that many companies have a keen interest in setting up operations in India or want to invest in India in some way, but the lack of proper knowledge about India and the difference in culture and most importantly the language creates an apprehension to venture out to India. India is still a mysterious country in the minds of most of the Japanese people but there is certainly awareness about India being a big market to invest in. We help Japanese companies establish their offices in India by initially bringing them to a tour of India and then setting up the companies for them. We look after their real estate needs with regards to both housing and office space. We provide law services through our alliance law firm. Finally we provide accounting and taxation services through our alliance accounting firms. Being a Japanese firm we understand the needs of our Japanese clients and also provide all the solutions in Japanese.

Having a mix of both Indian and Japanese employees, the Tokyo Consulting Firm understands the various differences between the two countries, and while educating each other and also the clients about such differences we ensure a smooth flow of operations.
